Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. As mentioned in the product description, we use third-party companies for shipping that follow a specific return process. Those items have a 14/28-day shipping policy. If you have any questions, feel free to send us an email. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please Note: Custom Orders, Cosmetic & Health products, Personal Care products and Vitamins, Bodysuits, Face Masks, Swimwear, Jewelry (accessories like necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and rings), Foods, Saffron, Coffee, and Sleepwear & Lounges are Non-Refundable because of health issues. 

To start a return, you can contact us at eliotshops@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for paying for the Return Shipping Label. After receiving and inspecting the returned item (s), we will refund your payment for the product (excluding the original shipping cost). Please note: If you request a refund, we will deduct 15% of your payment for the item/s as a Restocking Fee. Otherwise, we can send you a store credit without any 15% restocking fee deduction. If you request a Return and you would like to have store credit instead of a refund, we do not charge you for the restocking fee.

We will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU labels

Return requests must be initiated within 30 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

  • Orders returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  •  Orders returned without meeting the above criteria may be declined for the entire return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it is a shipping error or a damaged item. 
  • Please allow us 5 - 7 business days from receiving the returned package to process.
  • We will email you after the return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), digital products like video tutorials and PDF books, swimwear, sleepwear, jewelry, and personal care goods (such as beauty, vitamins, cosmetic, and facemask products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We will deduct 15% of your purchase for the returned items as a "restocking fee". Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note, that we do not refund your payment for the original shipment. Also, the customer must pay the shipping cost to return the item. We do not provide any return shipping labels.
